Mire Branch Water Corporation offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

 

Online Bill Pay and E-billing

You may pay your bill 24/7 using our online provider, Utilipay.  We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Just click the "Pay Your Bill Now" button located to the right or at the bottom of this page to get started. Have your account number handy and follow the prompts.

To view your bill online, visit https://mirebranch.dfistatements.com/default.aspx and register your account. To set up e-billing, you can click on “My Profile” to select how you would like to receive your bill, or fill out an E-Billing form and return it to the office or email it to customerservice@mbwater.net.

Automatic Bank Draft

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. We will automatically deduct your bill amount from your bank account. There is no service charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Bank Draft Form located in the Forms & Reports Section and either return it to our office with a voided check or email it to customerservice@mbwater.net.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your bill stub. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. 

Payment Drop-Off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, credit cards, check, or money orders. There is a drop box located next to the drive-thru window for after hours payments.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
